We strive to ensure that all product descriptions (title, author, format, price, availability) are accurate. However, we do not guarantee the absence of errors or real-time updates. We reserve the right to modify product details or discontinue items at any time.

Pricing and Payments
All prices are listed in Euros (€) and include VAT, unless otherwise stated. Payments can be made via credit card, PayPal, or other available methods at checkout. Orders are confirmed only after successful payment.

Shipping
We ship both domestically and internationally. Shipping costs are calculated during checkout. Delivery times may vary depending on location and product availability. We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier.

Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, in accordance with EU Consumer Law (Directive 2011/83/EU), unless the purchase involves digital downloads or customized items. To exercise your right, email us at our email krisis@krisispublishing.com. Return shipping costs are at the buyer’s expense. Refunds will be issued within 14 days after the returned item is received.

Pre-orders
Books marked as pre-orders will be shipped once available. Estimated delivery dates are indicative and may be subject to change. Any updates will be communicated via email.

Liability
